Moose Country Adventures, is based in the Cloud River Valley near Roddickton, Newfoundland "The Moose Capital of the World". Where the moose can be seen, up close, every mile or every minute.
Two of the the owners of Moose Country Adventures are Earl Pilgrim and Rex Boyd, between them they have over fifty years experience working in the wilderness in and around the Cloud River Valley. Earl a retired game warden and a best-selling Canadian author, has dedicated 30 years of his life to establishing the most densely-populated concentration of moose in North America. Earl's environmental work has earned him two international awards, the Safari Club International Award, 1978 and the Gunter Bier Award. Rex, has logged over 13,000 hours, flying thousands of hunters and naturalists into the Newfoundland wilderness over the past 25 years.
